As of May 17, 397 supply kits and 283 backpacks have been donated as a part of the district’s Back to School Palooza. “By hosting this event, it allows the community, residents, and parents to bless our economically disadvantaged students,” Frisco ISD Community Outreach Liaison Sharon White said.

The Frisco ISD Community Relations team will be holding their annual Back to School Palooza through July 16 to provide essential items for students in need during the 2021-2022 school year.

“By hosting this event, it allows the community, residents, and parents to bless our economically disadvantaged students,” Frisco ISD Community Outreach Liaison Sharon White said. “They need the same blessings to start their school year right.”

Any students or parents looking to purchase donations for the drive can do so via the School Supply Outreach Program.

“There are a variety of ways we contribute, but the public assists through donations of backpacks, school supplies, service vouchers, snacks, water bottles, and the list goes on,” White said. “We truly could not do this without the support of the community.”
