Students will be taking their yearbook pictures in the library during English classes Thursday and Friday.

“We have early deadlines for the yearbook all year, so in order to get the book done on time, we need to get the pictures done early,” yearbook teacher Kimberly Breen said. “This is since some students may miss photos and we will have to take makeups.”

Students that have a dual credit class for English, can get their picture taken any time Thursday or Friday during school hours. 

However, seniors must book an appointment and visit the Southern Images studio in order to take their cap and gown photos.

“We have always done cap and gown photos, but we changed photographers last year to Southern Images,” Breen said. “That company does the pictures at their studio, as opposed to the previous photographer that did it in the cafeteria. So, all seniors need to go to the studio to get their photos. The deadline for this is Sept. 30, but we might end up extending that date to mid-October.”
