Tickets hard to get for “Spider-Man: No Way Home”
December 17, 2021
Coming out on Thursday, the new Spider-Man movie, No way Home, has fans scrambling to get tickets.
Booking tickets for this movie may seem like an easy task, but securing your spot in AMC, or Cinemark for an opening night ticket is an impossible feat if you don’t already have tickets.
“I feel like the potential of the movie attracts a lot of viewers. I haven’t seen such potential since the Avengers Endgame movie when everyone went total bonkers for the tickets,” junior Pratham Shah said. “I’m just really excited about the Spider-Man movie because there’s a chance that there might be some actors from the original Spider-Man movie that I watched when I was younger.”
This movie is also gaining traction due to the fact that it has had years of success and fans.
“I think that this movie, especially since it’s a trilogy, already has a fan base that has been built,” senior Sanjana Dandu said. “I also think it’s more popular than Shang-Chi and the Eternals because there might be different actors coming in like Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield so that attracts a bigger audience.”
A huge attraction for viewers in this movie is that this super hit trilogy starring Tom Holland will come to an end with this movie. Although it’s been clear that there will be more Spider-Man movies coming out with the actor, it’s the end of an era according to some fans.
The movie also has spawned a lot of rumors regarding which actors will be brought back from the previous versions of Spider-Man.
“I’m a big fan of Marvel and I also hear rumors that 3 Spider-Mans will be together,” junior Shawn Lee said. “So it’s so exciting and I’m going to watch it.”
