Frisco ISD’s exclusive COVID testing site at Kuykendall Stadium closed Thursday to relocate to increase testing capacity.

It will reopen on Tuesday at Bacchus Park, just one mile from campus. This relocation will help relieve the large response of student and staff testing and traffic in surrounding areas.

“The new site will be open to FISD staff and students Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., or until the site reaches its daily capacity. To alleviate congestion during services at the neighboring church, the site will be open to students and staff from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. or until capacity is reached on Sundays,” Frisco ISD said in an email to all staff and students. “District staff will continue to have exclusive early access Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. Students who arrive during that time will be turned away.”

In order to get tested, pre-registration is required. Students and staff must also show their school photo ID or a copy of the student’s verification of enrollment along with a parent’s driver’s license for a student to be tested.

More details about the site will be updated on the district site.
