Soto: “I’ve always been interested in art. I’ve been doing it for most of my life.”otWingspan: What do you like about art?

Soto: “I like being creative and showing my talent.”

Wingspan: How does art impact your daily life? 

Soto: “Right now, I’m in AP Art, so I have been dreading doing work.”

Wingspan: Are you considering continuing art beyond?

Soto: “I might take a couple classes in college, but I’m going to focus on sciences.”

Wingspan: What are your personal goals for this year?

Soto: “Get my grades up and be more motivated.”

Wingspan: What is your favorite medium to use for art?

Soto: “Acrylic paint.”

Wingspan: What’s your favorite art project you’ve done?

Soto: “A piece I did for an English project during sophomore year. It was a super last minute painting, but I ended up loving it. It is actually hanging on the wall in my room.”

Wingspan: What is your advice to anybody thinking about joining art?

Soto: “If you put in the work and embrace your creativity, you’ll have so much fun!”
