When I was younger, I would thrive off watching Disney channels every weekend. It would be the highlight of my Saturday and Sunday mornings. I have vivid memories of waking up and making waffles and eggs for my brother and I, and sitting on the couch and watching TV till my parents woke up.

However, since then, the Disney channel has changed a bit. The Disney channel that kids watch now, is not the same Disney that I was obsessed with years ago. I think that they have evolved these TV shows and movies into having more mature content.

Some of which, in my opinion, aren’t as appropriate to be displayed for children at such a young age. Disney should stick to their original, young children’s content.

Instead of trying to portray a more mature context, I believe that Disney should keep it young and PG so kids and toddlers can enjoy watching without their parents’ supervision.
