The Redhawks boys’ basketball team is taking on the Proper Eagles at the Nest on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in their last game before they begin District 10-5A play on Dec. 21.
Although Prosper High School is a 6A team with a record of 9-4, sophomore Eaton Fink believes the Redhawks may have what it takes to defeat the Eagles and end their six game losing streak.
“We’re hoping to put up a good fight,” Fink said. “I think we might be able to come out on top with Gilbert leading us to victory. To prepare, we’ve been going over their plays, scouting their team, and learning what they do by watching film.”
