Sitting in a four-way tie for first, baseball takes on Heritage Tuesday at The Nest in a game that will shake up the District 10-5A table.
The team is coming off their first loss of the season against Lebanon Trail.
“I hope we can accomplish a convincing win where we play well on all aspects of the game,” senior Ian Garza said. “[We need] to get us back momentum after losing our last game.”
In order to get the win, the boys will need to show improvement in some aspects of their play from their last game.
“I think we could have just executed our calls,” assistant coach Easton Moore said. “We had a lot of scoring opportunities that we just didn’t take advantage of.”
