In the latest installment of this weekly podcast, Lost In Translation, hosts junior Lea Garcia-Salazar and Ana Lagarda-Ortiz discuss Hispanic students taking Spanish classes.
Lea is a junior in her second year of Wingspan and will be a managing editor this year. She is the VP of Written Events in DECA, handles marketing for the Yearbook, and holds officer roles in nonprofit organizations like Aid4Need and Read Ahead. When she is not writing, you can probably find her reading, spending time with friends, or watching her favorite TV shows (mostly Criminal Minds and Suits). Lea is so excited for this year and is ready to help Wingspan grow even more!
Ana is a junior in her second year of wingspan as a staff reporter. She is in Theatre as a member of the Thespian Society and is also part of French Nation Honors Society. Ana likes to listen to and create new music, hang out with friends, reading and learning. She is very excited to work with the wingspan staff this year!!
