Following the volleyball team’s (7-1) sweeping takedown of Frisco (4-4) Tuesday, another rematch is in the cards for the Redhawks as they host the fifth-place Lebanon Trail TrailBlazers (1-7) at The Nest Friday.
The last time these two teams faced each other, the Redhawks came out on top, 3-0. Head coach Eighmy Dobbins believes the key to replicating that success will be scrappiness.
“It is important for us to be the scrappier team because it will allow for us to get around their block to score,” Dobbins said.
Junior Maddie Lagrone personally views this match as an another win for the Redhawks if they execute their plays correctly.
““Personally I do not feel nervous about the match and am excited because I think it could be a really good opportunity for us to go out there and be successful,” Lagrone said. “We have gotten so much better since last time we played them, so I’m pretty confident we can get a win.”
