Coming off of a string of mostly successful games over Thanksgiving break, the Redhawks boys’ basketball team (8-3) seeks to extend their winning streak as they travel to McKinney Boyd to take on the Broncos (7-5).
“We played really well over the break, but we can’t let that get to our heads,” assistant coach Robert Wilson said. “We need to keep doing what we did but also find ways to improve.”
Junior Tanay Karapurkar says the key to another win is for the team to relax without letting their guard down.
“My goal is to win the easy way,” Karapurkar said. ”We need to go out there and just have fun, play good ball, but be competitive.”
