The Redhawks girls’ basketball team (2-0 District 11-5A) continues district play Tuesday at 5:45 p.m. when they host Centennial (0-2), looking to keep their momentum going after beating Lebanon Trail (0-2) 40-26.
“I think what got us our win [at Lebanon Trail] was communication on the court and overall mixing all our skills together on the court,” junior Kai Jackson said.
For senior Anaiah Warrior, focusing on basic defensive skills continues to be important to keep winning games.
“Just making sure to focus on our defensive principles and playing the game together, making sure we execute everything that coach tells us,” Warrior said.
Wingspan was unable to contact the Redhawks girls’ basketball coach for interviews.
