In their final game before district play, the Redhawks girl’s soccer team pulled off a 3-2 win against The Colony Tuesday.
“There are games where you win and you go oh what can we fix,” head girls’ coach Kyle Beggs said. “Last night I went home and I was just like, that was a perfect win. We played very well, we took some things that we worked on the training ground and really applied them in the game.”
Positivity played a key role in Tuesday’s win according to junior Caitlyn Ruback.
“I learned that if the team stays motivated through the whole game we will get the result we want,” Ruback said.
