Although school just started Monday, fall sports have been going at it for a while as weeks as cross country, football and volleyball have been practicing for the past few weeks.

“We’ve been really excited for this season and training through the summer,” cross country co-captain Rithika Proddutoor said. “We’re just excited to get back to it and see what we can do this year.”

Whether on the track, in the gym, or on the field senior leaders say they and their team are ready to play for the school and hopefully make a lasting impression.

“What drives me during preseason is probably just knowing how good our team will be and how successful we’ll be,” volleyball floor captain Delanie Lewis said. “Just thinking about the overall goal and just working toward that the whole time.”

It’s something the football team can relate to.

“Our goal as a team is to one win some games, another goal we have is to work well as a team,” quarterback Grant Buss said. “The way i feel about our team right now is we are very close.”
