Greek yogurt giant Chobani is moving to Frisco this summer, relocating from its current Plano office to 28,674 square feet in the newly developed 16-story Tower at HALL Park. The space offers several amenities, including two terraces on every floor, a fitness center, a private corporate lounge, and a large outdoor hospitality deck. These features will help Chobani open a “dynamic workplace and customer experience center,” according to their press release.
Chobani’s move to Frisco calls attention to the city’s growing appeal for business. Mayor Jeff Cheney credits Texas’s business climate and Frisco’s talent pool, quality of life, and amenities.
“The State of Texas, to begin with, is a great place to do business,” Frisco Mayor Jeff Cheney said. “If we fine-tune into cities, Frisco has a lot to offer. We have access to a lot of talent and that would be future employees for a lot of companies. A lot of these companies are really leaning into quality of life for their employees. We’ve got great schools, amenities, and houses, as well as a high standard of living. It becomes an easy sell.”
In Hall Group’s press release, executive vice president Kim Butler welcomed and recognized Chobani’s relocation as a symbol of Frisco’s appeal as a top business location.
“Chobani is a trailblazing brand known for innovation and excellence, and we are proud to welcome them as one of the first tenants in The Tower,” executive vice president for the Hall Group Kim Butler said. “The strong activity and interest we’ve seen in leasing underscore Frisco’s appeal as a premier office market and Hall Park’s position as a leading office destination.”
