Wingspan: When and why did you start playing baseball?
Miller: “I started playing baseball when I was six, and I fell in love with the game right from the start.”
Wingspan: What is your favorite part about baseball?
Miller: “My favorite part about baseball is being out on the field with my friends and just having fun.”
Wingspan: What is most difficult about baseball?
Miller: “The most challenging part of baseball is hitting the ball when you’re up to bat.”
Wingspan: Who is your biggest supporter?
Miller: “My biggest supporters have been my parents. They’ve been there for me through all 12 years I’ve been playing, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.”
Wingspan: How has the team all been preparing for this season?
Miller: “As a team, we’ve been preparing for this season by putting in the work on both hitting and fielding.”
Wingspan: What are your goals for this season?
Miller: “Some of my goals for this season include becoming a leader and helping my team make it to the playoffs.”
Wingspan: Do you plan on playing baseball after high school why or why not?
Miller: “I don’t plan on playing baseball after college because I want to focus on school, but until then, I want to leave the best impact on my team that I can.”
