Hoping to keep the momentum from their 13-1 victory over Centennial (0-3) alive, the softball team (2-1) visits Heritage (0-3) Tuesday at 6 p.m. in search of another win.
“We’ll need to stay sharp on defense, back up our pitcher, and make smart plays to minimize their offensive opportunities,” head coach Tiffany Thayer said. “Staying confident and composed, especially in high-pressure moments, will be crucial.”
According to senior Delila Bond, confidence is key.
”We had a lot of positive energy in our last win,” Bond said. “I think our confidence really helped that game, so we need to stay like that going forward in the season.”
