The softball team (9-2) hits the road to challenge Independence (4-7) Friday at 6:30 p.m, in search of a fifth consecutive win and possibly a third consecutive shutout.
The softball team (7-2) hosted Lebanon Trail (7-2) at The Nest Tuesday, walking away with a 4-1 victory over the Blazers.
“Our biggest takeaway is that when we put the ball in play and string hits together, it’s contagious—and most importantly, it’s fun,” head coach Tiffany Thayer said. “ When we stay relaxed, support our pitchers, and trust each other, we play at our best. That energy and mindset are what make us competitive, and I’m hoping that’s the spark that carries us through the rest of the season.”
Redhawks softball players did not immediately respond to Wingspan’s request for comment.
