After downloading the app, the sign-up process is very easy. Users give their most basic information, and they’re greeted with a plethora of high definition images of all the favorite restaurants and fast foods in the area. It all looks so appetizing, it’s hard to choose.

Ordering is easy, too. Once users choose the place from which they’d like to order their food or drink, all you have to do is add items from the menu into your order. You’re even able to customize it, or type out exactly what you want. Then, when users are ready to place the order, they’re also able to leave specific instructions for the food runner as well.

After placing the order, users receive a text from their “runner”, or the employee picking up your food. They’re very professional and the app gives you updates such as when they get to the place, when they have your food, and when they’re on their way. This makes it easy to know when to listen for the door.

Users get a notification when the runner arrives at your residence. After they’ve delivered your food, users open the app again and click the ‘pay now’ button. If you’re dissatisfied, you’re able to critique as well.

The app is extremely easy to use and the employees are very nice as well. It’s perfect for individuals who don’t have a car or are craving some frozen yogurt but are too lazy to get dressed (we’ve all been there). This app is highly recommend this app and happy favoring.
