School counselors held a Scholarship and Financial Aid information session Thursday morning from 8 – 9 a.m. in the auditorium. The meeting helped to give parents of juniors and seniors an idea of what scholarships are offered and how parents can begin to apply for financial aid.

“The session made the process a little easier and more clear,” parent John Woods said. “The information was very specific and gave us a lot more insight as to what it takes to apply for financial aid.”

The school hosts a meeting each year to share the most current information about applying for financial aid.

“We got pretty good information to help us with paying for college for our children,” parent Michael Wynn said. “We appreciate it because back like twenty years ago, I used a lot of financial aid when I went to college and now for my children a lot has changed through the years and been updated with the process.”
