The early morning storms that hit the Frisco area hours before sunrise led to power outages at some Frisco ISD buildings including Staley Middle School, Rogers Elementary School, Student Opportunity Center, Acker Special Programs Center and the Laura Ellison Child Development Center (CDC) among them. While all schools are open for normal school hours, STAAR testing at Staley and Rogers will be rescheduled.
