Dual credit forms for spring semester Collin classes are now available for pick up in the counseling office or from one of the counselors in the cafeteria.

Completed forms turned in to the counseling office by Monday at 2:30 p.m. will be collected at the school. After Monday, any other forms must be returned to Collin College. All forms and payments for forms are due by Dec. 15 at 4:30 p.m.

Those who didn’t take Collin classes during the fall semester will need to speak with their assigned counselor in order to register for spring classes.

Students who previously took Collin classes must have their forms signed by a parent and their counselor. The deadline to have forms signed by a counselor is Dec. 15. Students must have received at least a 70 in all dual credit forms in order to qualify for future courses.
