Boys’ swim team finishes second at District

The boys’ swim team took second place, its highest finish ever, in the District 11-5A meet Saturday at the FISD Bruce Eubanks Natatorium.
It was a clean sweep in the boys’ 100 fly as the team took 1st-4th.

The 2016-17 swim season starts Saturday with Saturday’s FISD Sprint Invitational at the Bruce Eubanks Natatorium.

The boys’ swim team finished in second place at Saturday’s District 11-5A meet at the Bruce Eubanks Natatorium with several podium finishes including a sweep in the 100 fly and a second place finish in 200 free relay with numerous individuals and relays advancing to the Region 3-5A Championships on Feb. 6.
In addition, all three girls’ relays advanced to Region with a total of 31 personal bests established.
