Coming off a big win for the Redhawk volleyball team as they beat the previously undefeated (in district play) Lebanon Trail , the girl’s hope to start a new winning streak as they take on the team down the street, the  Centennial Titans, Friday at 5:45 p.m.

“We are feeling really good about this game,” senior Sue Slater said. “We beat them last time (3-0) and we have really worked hard these past few weeks.”

Even though the season is more than halfway over, the team is having to readapt to each other due to some injuries.

“We have a new line up so we have spent a lot of time working on that,” Slater said. “That includes working on hitting drills to get players comfortable there and getting players around them knowing how they react to certain plays.”
