After a two week long break, the Redhawks are diving deep to pull out a win this week in their meet against Centennial and Lebanon Trail Tuesday.

For junior Keith Taylor, this time off has allowed some extra practice time which he feels will help in the upcoming meet.

“To prepare for meets we are working hard in the pool and are all starting to add more weight in the weight room,” Taylor said via text. “We also try our best to keep our mind focused even if it’s by joking around or just talking to keep our nerves off our mind.”

Following the team’s extra practice time, coach Nicholas Dion is egar to see how his athletes improved over break.

“I look forward to seeing how our team responds to some good training through the month of December,” Dion said. “I think we are going to have some opportunities for some good swims over the course of the next two tri-meets and heading into Districts.”
