The Redhawks take on the Lone Star Rangers Tuesday in District 9-5A play with the girls tipping off at 6:30 p.m. at Lone Star High School and the boys at 8:00 p.m. at The Nest.

With hopes of keeping up his hot streak (14-3), head coach Ross Reedy is looking for another win from his athletes.

“We are feeling encouraged,” Reedy said. “ We really want to be confident when we’re playing and we’re eager to find out more and more about ourselves.”

After a disappointing 60-52 loss on Friday to Reedy, senior Park McCurdy is ready to jump back into action and play with his best effort forward as the boys’ team tries to move up from 6th place.

“Based on the last game our team’s strengths are getting out in transition and getting crucial stops on the defensive end and getting buckets off of them,” McCurdy said via text.
