The baseball team looks to continue its five game winning streak Friday night against Lebanon Trail in a District 9-5A game starting at 5:00 p.m. at The Nest.

“We are really focusing on controlling what we can control as well as winning just this game,” sophomore Lawson Towne said. “Winning tonight would be extremely big for us, so focusing on ourselves and playing the game how we know we can play is our biggest focus tonight.”

As the season slowly works toward the conclusion of the regular season, the team is trying to keep its focus on whomever they are playing.

“As a team we are preparing for this game by going over scouting reports that really help us succeed tonight,” Towne said. “Focusing on the task at hand which would be preparing for this game, not overlooking any team.”
