This week I wanted to show you guys the top 5 artists that I discovered this summer! There were many new artists that I found this summer but these were my favorites.

First up is Naika. She was one of the firsts I found this summer. Her voice is truly angelic. Some of my favorite songs of hers were “Deja Vu,” “Ma Cherie,” “Big Steps,” and “Oh Mama.” These songs all had one thing in common, they have immense replay value. I tend to get bored of songs very quickly which is why I am always looking for new music, but I could listen to these songs on repeat.

Next up is Asiahn. She has an incredible vocal range that really shocks you the first time you hear it. I first noticed this in her song “Gucci Frames.” Asiahn did something so interesting with her voice in this song that impressed me immensely. Some of my favorites are “Gucci Frames,” “My World,” and “Like You.” Though she is not very big right now, I believe that Asiahn has a lot of potential and that she will reach the top one day.

At number three we have Audrey Nuna. I was admittedly very sceptical when I first heard one of her songs because it wasn’t really my style. It had some elements of Hip Hop in there with a strange combination of R&B. Normally those two genres would blend very well but the way that Nuna mixed them sounded weird at first. It’s safe to say I eventually warmed up to it. My favorite songs by her are “Comic Sans” featuring Jack Harlow and “Top Again” featuring Saba

Up next is Snow Tha Product. She was someone whose song I heard in a TV show and I loved it. My favorite songs of hers are “Not Tonight,” “Nights” featuring W. Darling, and “Que Oso.” I love all of these but my favorite is “Que Oso” because it’s funny and serious at the same time. I just enjoy how she calls out certain people and organizations for their hypocrisy while making it sound hilarious at the same time. I also love this song because I am a sucker for Latino hip hop.

Last but not least is Adriana Torron. Torron is another singer with an angelic voice that I cannot get enough of. Her music exudes confidence and power. My favorites of hers are “Soltera” and “Uña Con Diamante.” These two songs are very empowering and make you feel like you are on top of the world.

Hopefully these artists will gain more attention and appreciation because they have a talent that is not found very often anymore.
