Red Rhythm welcomes its new line members for the 2016-2017 school year after Friday’s tryouts.

Sophomore Caitlyn Scislowski will be a new addition to the team after her second year of trying out and said she felt more confident trying out because she knew what to expect.

“The process of tryouts is pretty confusing for a first timer,” Scislowski said. “We’re supposed to learn three dances in four days.”

Scislowski said it feels great to have made it and she’s excited to start her new experience on the team.

“[This time] I felt a little more confident with myself,” Scislowski said. “I think I’ve earned it after all the work I’ve put into this.”

Tryout score sheets will be available in the school’s front office on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. and can only be picked up by a parent. Score sheets will not be available after April 5.
