The girls’ basketball team earned another win Tuesday as the Redhawks beat Emerson Mavericks 47-30.

“The team did very well with communication on the court,” assistant coach Symone Jackson said. “They played really well as a team.”

The team sits in first place in District 10-5A with an 8-1 record.

“I think we did really well on running our plays and taking shots,” freshman Addison Reed said. “We are going to keep watching a lot of film and read our scouting reports.”
