Wingspan: When and why did you start running competitively?
Golladay: “I did soccer for a really long time and it made me realize how much I like running. I joined the track and cross team in middle school.”
Wingspan: What is your favorite part about cross country?
Golladay: “My favorite part about cross country is how close everyone on the team is with each other and how we all support each other.”
Wingspan: What has been your biggest challenge in cross-country?
Golladay: “My biggest challenge has been staying injury free all season.”
Wingspan: How has cross country shaped you?
Golladay: “It’s made me into a lot more dedicated and hard working person because of how demanding the sport is.”
Wingspan: Who’s your biggest inspiration?
Golladay: “I would say my mom is my biggest inspiration, because she never lets me settle and always pushes me to improve.”
Wingspan: What do you hope to accomplish this season?
Golladay: “My goal is to definitely make it to state this season.”
