    Driving for regional tournament, boys’ golf tees off at district tournament

    Just off the cart path, freshman Wyn Shippy drives towards the green. With a top two finish in the District 10-5A tournament at The Bridges Golf Club on Tuesday and Wednesday the Redhawks will advance to the regional tournament.

    The Redhawks boys’ golf team tees off at the 10-5A District tournament Tuesday and Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. at The Bridges Golf Club.

    ¨I am not particularly scared or nervous about the upcoming tournament,¨ freshman Wyn Shippy said. ¨I think if we all give our best we will be fine.¨ 

    As the Redhawks prepare for this tournament they can put all of their past experiences to give their all at this tournament.

    ¨I am very excited to play at this tournament,¨ Shippy said. ¨I hope we can do our best.¨
