The Redhawks swim and dive team goes head-to-head with teams from Lone Star and Memorial Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Bruce Eubanks Natatorium, seeking to exert their dominance in the pool.
“We are about to ramp up our training and really start to buckle down and get ready to tackle the rest of our season,” head coach Zachariah Gnoza said. “This meet will really help us determine where we stand right now and what we need to improve on.”
Junior Derek Hinz is sure that the work the Redhawks have put in will pay off and lead them to success.
“We have been preparing by practicing with distance and sprints and we have been doing a lot of training,” Hinz said. “I think this season and this meet especially is going to be a win for us.”
