As the school year comes to a close, The Nest is looking to the future of Liberty. Current 8th graders have the opportunity to come to campus Wednesday night from 6 to 7:30 p.m. for Rising Freshman night.
“It will be a good way for new kids to come see our program,” junior Gilbert Aluga said. “ We will promote basketball and try and get kids to sign up”
The deadline for 8th graders is approaching to make their final course selections. Wednesday those students will get to explore academic and elective courses.
“I want to see what the school offers and meet new people,” Whitehouse said. “I would also get to meet my coaches for high school sports, and I’m looking forward to getting to walk around meeting teachers.”
