PTSA applications open for the 2025-26 school year

Parents, teachers, and students have the opportunity to join the Liberty PTSA for the 2025-26 school year. Application are now open.

The window to apply for PTSA has opened for parents to apply and the deadline is Feb. 26. Parents must sign the PTSA interest Google form by the deadline if they want to be a part of the board for next year. There are six elected officers and ten or more committee chairs with the board meeting five times a year.

Students in Independent Study and Mentorship are going to the National Soccer Hall of Fame Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. to present their research from the first semester. “The ISM showcase is an event where ISM students from all FISD schools get a chance to explain/show the research that they have been doing for an entire semester,” junior Prashubha Kamble said. “Friends, family and professionals from various fields get to come and learn about different topics that the students have been researching.”

Natalie Marshall is a sophomore in her first year with Wingspan. On campus, she participates in band and plays flute. In her free time she likes to play and listen to music, play Dungeons and Dragons (DnD), read, and spend time with her friends.
