The Dallas Cowboys have made a big impact in Frisco with the 2016 opening of The Star.

And now, Jerry Jones is about to expand his real estate holdings in Frisco.

Blue Star Land, the real estate company owned by Jerry Jones, paid more than $37.9 million for almost 195 acres in Frisco known as Park 25 which is located on Rockhill Parkway and Preston Road.

Plans for the area include an industrial park, and an all new Dallas Cowboys merchandising center.

Dallas Cowboys hats, t shirts, jerseys, and other team merchandise would be both stored and shipped from the center to fulfil orders around the world.

Frisco officials spent more than a year working out details for the project.

Blue Star Land has an extensive footprint in the area, which includes the gates of prosper as well as The Star in Frisco.

The agreement calls for the deal to close no later than January 15.
