Senior night goes into full swing with the opening of the gym doors Thursday afternoon as the senior pep rally takes place from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. with the theme of “White Out”.

However, the celebration doesn’t end there.

Prior to the start of Thursday’s 7:00 p.m. football game at the Ford Center, all senior cheerleaders, football players, and athletic trainers will be honored on the field with their parents.

Seniors in the band and drill team will have their chance to walk the field during halftime.

For some students the celebration brings mixed emotions.

“I think I’m going to be really sad, probably might start tearing up and crying, but it’s also going to be a really happy farewell because I’m going on good terms,” senior Olivia Brucker said. “I’m really happy senior year with all my friends, and all the clubs, and activities that I’ve been involved in this year. I’m super psyched to see where my future takes me and what path I get to go on.
