Echo club is hosting an early Thanksgiving inspired potluck on Thursday morning with the event open to anybody.

“The reason why ECHO Bible Study is doing a Thanksgiving potluck, is simply to bring our school together,” Echo officer Josh Rubio said. “We believe that giving students and teachers the opportunity to meet new people, and create new experiences, is one of the best ways to go.”

Students are a main part of this potluck with their involvement encouraged.

The students are really a large reason for the effectiveness in these events,” Rubio said. “We have seen students along with staff, volunteer ahead of time to bring food, drinks, utensils, etc. But what is really cool, is that we will always, without fail, have a good number of people come together to bring lots of support for our potlucks unexpectedly. And we love to see that. That is just proof of the natural sense of involvement that our Redhawks have.”

The Echo potluck will take place Thursday at 8:20 a.m. in C112
