Volleyball continued its non-district schedule on Friday when the team hosted the 6A Coppell Cowboys with the Redhawks earning a 3-1 win.

“I feel like we did well in shutting down the setter,” senior Kyla Crawford said. “We played really good defense and found open spots to get kills.”

After losing the first set by two points, the Redhawks rattled off three sets in a row.

“I think we all worked really well together during the game,” senior Lauren Ransom said.  “It was really fun to play in and it was a very competitive game. Our energy through the game was super high once we started getting deeper into the game. It was a great win for us.”
