The Redhawk volleyball team continued its undefeated streak in district play Tuesday, taking a 3-0 game win against the Lone Star Rangers on Tuesday, moving the team to 14-0 in District 9- 5A.

“We played really cohesively as a team,” senior Emily Nickell said. “It’s always really fun to get to go out against not as good teams because we get to work on things that’s been lacking in our previous games. We played really good volleyball and secured another win.”

Senior Jenna Wenaas hopes the team can continue the clean play, and finish the season the way they have started.

“I thought we played really well all three sets, especially the third,” Wenaas said. “We finished the game like we knew we should have. We really just need to keep pushing as a team.”
