Taking on the Frisco Racoons for the second time this season, the Redhawks broke out the brooms for a 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-23) sweep Friday.

“Like the first time we played Frisco, we were expecting a scrappy team,” senior Kyla Crawford said. “We still caught the dub and I am proud that through adversity we came together to win.”

With their 15th win in a row, volleyball remains alone in first place at the top of the District 9-5A standings.

“We really wanted to make Frisco move and put them out of system,” sophomore Lauryn Hill said. “We started off really strong and had strong team communication during the game.”
