Choir students are bringing the holiday spirit to classrooms on campus by caroling through the school during second period on Thursday and fourth period on Friday.

“I send a form out to the teachers and they decide if they want us to stop in front of their classroom,” choir director Toni Ugolini said. “Then we will just go around the hallway and sing for them.”

After preparing their Christmas carols for around three months, choir student, sophomore Katie Stone is ready to hit the halls and perform their holiday tunes

“We’ve been learning carols for quite a while, maybe since October right after our fall concert we already started working on our Christmas carols,” Stone said. “We’ve been working on them for a while just in class.”

Hoping to round off the semester with cheer, choir member junior Megan Guidry is looking forward to the experience.

“Caroling is very fun,” Guidry said. “My teachers love seeing us perform and it’s a really cool way to gain exposure for choir and it’s just a fun experience overall.”
