It’s the most wonderful time of the year! And we all know that Christmas season isn’t Christmas without the music and the vibes. Personally, I started listening to Christmas music in September but that’s beside the point. Here are my top five favorite Christmas albums.

At number one is from my favorite singer in the world, Frank Sinatra. His “A Jolly Christmas from Frank Sinatra” is my favorite way to start off the season. This album has all the best Christmas songs and of course Frank’s voice is the perfect delivery of them.

Next up on my list is Sting’s “If on a Winter’s Night.” This album is extremely nostalgic for me and it reminds me of my family. Unfortunately, due to COVID, I like many others can’t go see my family this Christmas, so I brought the feeling of family to me with this album. Sting is one of my favorite artists and his music is some of my favorite.

Third on the list is another Frank Sinatra album, “The Classic Christmas Album.” There really isn’t much more to say other than the fact that I love Frank Sinatra and his Christmas music is the best thing to ever happen in my life.

Fourth is a more classical album by Anuna called “Christmas Songs.” Pretty generic title, I know, but this is another very nostalgic album for me. I always listened to it when I was a little girl. The songs on this album are a beautiful rendition of the traditional ones.

Last but not least is Ariana Grande’s EP “Christmas & Chill.” This EP doesn’t necessarily get me in the mood for Christmas, but it’s definitely got the vibes. I really like that she didn’t go for singing the old songs like every other artist does. Instead she wrote new songs and made it into a super chill Christmas album.

This is the season of love and giving, and I know that many people can’t celebrate with family this year because of COVID, but I hope that the music of this very special season can give you the same comfort that your family can.
