District 9-5A play continues Tuesday for the soccer teams as the Redhawks tangle with the Wakeland Wolverines.

The girls’ travel to Wakeland and kick off at 5:30 p.m., with big hopes for this game.

“Big picture, we are hoping to mark the start of a winning streak so that we can comfortably secure a spot for playoffs,” senior Rachel Rever said.  “Within the game specifically, I think we are looking to maintain offensive intensity throughout the entirety of the game, rather than letting it drop off like we have in the past.”

The boy’s game gets underway at approximately 7:30 p.m. with the team once again short handed as they host the undefeated Warriors.

“Our goal is to beat Wakeland and give them their first loss of the season,” senior Andy Wolfe said.
