Redhawk soccer is back in action for the third time this week with both teams taking on Reedy High School, in the penultimate District 9-5A game.

The girls’ team plays first at 5:30 p.m. as they head to The Lion’s Den.

“We really need to win this game tonight,” senior Emily Chladny said. “Winning this will hopefully advance us into the playoffs.”

While the girls battle for a spot, the boys try to keep theirs as they are currently sitting in fourth place, tied with Reedy.

“This game means a lot for us,”  junior Evan Moros said. “Because it’s for the last spot of the playoffs.”

The boys’ game is expected to kick off with a simple game plan starting at 7:15 p.m. at The Nest

“Our game plan is to just play our game, Moros said. “And make them react.”
