The Redhawk volleyball team brought home a 3-1 win on Tuesday in their final non-district game of the season against the Rock Hill High School Blue Hawks.

Senior Lauryn Hill had 27 kills for the Redhawks in her first action of the season coming off an injury.

“Each team in the district has something about them which makes them hard to beat,” Hill said. “After a game like the one we just had, we really want to go out there and beat Reedy and show them what we can do.”

With multiple players returning to the lineup, the team is relying on their bond to communicate properly on the court.

“We had several returning players that were out with injuries at the start of the season,” head coach Clark Oberle said. “Our team chemistry has been the biggest thing for us so far and with many athletes now coming back, we have really been able to benefit from it.”
