It’s that time of year again when flowers begin to blossom and pollen flies everywhere, bringing in pesky allergies. Spring time brings warmer weather, but there are many cons to this supposedly beautiful season. The biggest problem is the return of allergies.

I really hate allergies, they cause red eyes, stuffy noses and sneezing. All things I can’t stand, like all other people. The use of tissues during this time is extraordinary also, which causes havoc in the classroom with the tissues being used up quickly. I can go through a box a day, which adds up during this entire season.

I think everyone can agree life would be so much better without allergies. It wouldn’t lead to my personality taking a turn for the worse and I’d be pain free. But that isn’t possible and all I know is I just really, really hate allergies.

It seems like everywhere I go people are sneezing or blowing their noses, and it’s gross. I can’t wait for the time when allergies begin to stop and everyone is not affected by the free floating pollen.

With the effect of allergies getting on everyone’s nerves, I think it’s best if we all remember to take daily doses of allergy medicine and try to stay inside during dawn and the early evening when pollen is most abundant in the air.

Also, remember to keep tissues at hand and hope we get through this treacherous time.
