With the national anthem playing, the baseball team lines the right side of the field as Independence lines up along the third base line prior to the start of Friday’s 9-3 win over the Knights.

The baseball team continued its now five game winning with a 9-3 victory over Independence Friday. Junior Garett Crews led the way offensively with a home run and two RBI’s. The team stole five bases out of six as freshman Riley Edwards took three of those bases. Noah Thompson recorded the win on the mound, recording three strikeouts on the night.

Softball played against Wakeland Friday, getting shut out 5-0. The team will look to improve from their current 8th place standing, as they play 9th place Little Elm at home in their upcoming game.
