Wrestling takes on Rumble at The Rock
The wrestling teams take on the Rumble at the Rock as they head to Rockwall High School on Friday and Saturday. The team is preparing mentally for these matches, and using what they have learned in practice to hopefully come out on top.

The Redhawks wrestling teams head to Rockwall High School on Friday and Saturday for the Rumble at The Rock.
Learning from previous matches and focusing on the mental aspect is a goal for junior Taylor Clapp.
“We have a lot to work on, especially with our newer wrestlers. One thing we need to do is get our newer wrestlers used to a varsity level match,” Clapp said. “Really the biggest thing we need to work on is the mental mindset of each match. We work this in practice through tough drills and long periods of wrestling, and through team building during workouts.”
