The wrestling teams head to the Trojan Tournament on Friday at 9 a.m. for their biggest tournament of the season so far.

“Trojan will be a tough tournament with 65 total teams present,” co-head coach Arman Mansouri said. “We have a few individuals that are capable of making a deep run, and a legitimate shot at a title in some weight classes. I am very excited to see what happens this weekend.”

This tournament will put the teams to the test.

“It is one of the biggest tournaments we have actually, so anybody that has an individual performance that’s going to do good is projected to do pretty good,” senior Preston Mealy said. “So if you can do good a Trojan you can do good anywhere.”
